I really feel for you. 🥺 It happened to us in Jan 25 after 3 months of believing we had found the one! The chain collapsed due to one person at the end of the chain. They needed a certificate of probate and the estate agents said they had it but turned out they hadn't even applied for it.
We lost our buyers they were devastated. We sold again within 2 wks but of course the whole process had to start again. Two lots of solicitors fees.. we would just have avoided stamp duty if the house we wanted had gone through. (The price hiked in April 25)So we had that to contend with and living amongst boxes for 7 months.
We moved finally in June 25 after being given 3 moving dates! The removals guys were thankfully so patient! It was the most stressful 10mth our life, bar of course death of loved ones.
12 mth on and we love our home but it took that 12 mth to begin to make it ours and recover from the trauma. It hit me hard and I only recently so I'll I was off work for 2 mth
I just watched short on you tube of Phil Spencer (location location) . Stats show that 58% of people in the process of buying/selling this happens to! And on average lose £2,800 in the process, aside from the emotional cost. Shocking!
I know your followers keep saying this Vic but it really is true... You will both find it and look back one day through a completely different lens. 🥰💖

I repeated this over various social media platforms, you are meant to be there, I saw it in the vlogs, how you simply radiate and you look like you are coming home to yourself 🥹 it will be yours, I am rooting for you and you are so very blessed to have such a supportive husband and friends too 🥰 it’s going to be okay ☺️
